FirstLight Home Care of Dothan is hiring dependable caregivers for clients in Enterprise and surrounding areas.
For over 14 years, we’ve helped seniors remain safe and independent in their homes while building a strong team of caregivers who truly care about their work.
We’re looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, and comfortable providing hands-on care.
Scheduling:
- Day shifts typically fall between 7am–7pm
- Overnight shifts typically fall between 7pm–7am
- Shifts range from 4–12 hours depending on client needs
- More open availability typically means more hours
Caregivers living near Enterprise may receive priority for local client assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mobility assistance and fall prevention
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping related to care
- Transportation when needed
Pay & Benefits:
- $12–$14/hour
- Loyalty bonuses at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and must have your own reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
This role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a client’s home.
